Install the Plugin

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New and search for “Savanto”. Click Install Now, then Activate.

Activate the Plugin

After installation, click "Activate Plugin". The Savanto menu will appear in your WordPress admin sidebar.

  • • A full plan indexing limit is now explained on the Knowledge screen — which content types are affected, how many items were left out, and a link to your plan — instead of a pile of errors whose only explanation was a tooltip in the Posts list
  • • The number of items over your limit is now what Savanto actually refused, rather than also counting everything the sync stopped short of attempting
  • • Retry says what it cannot fix: items held back by your plan keep failing until you upgrade or remove content. It still retries everything else in the row
  • • Retrying at your plan limit stops as soon as that is clear, instead of one request per remaining item for an answer it already has
  • • Content deleted in WordPress is now removed from your knowledge base even while your plan is full, freeing space for what you do want indexed
  • • The Knowledge table fits again — its last column looked cut off on platforms that hide scrollbars
  • • Fixed the feature lists on Settings and Chat rendering as bare indented lines instead of bullets
  • • Fixed a single-item content type reading "1 documents" after a sync, a mislabelled error count, and an unstyled Retry button on a refreshed row

  • • Order support no longer reports an SSL failure on sites not yet served over HTTPS — it says HTTPS is required and stops making a request the cloud would always reject. Retry Registration honours the same rule
  • • The Status screen no longer shows order support as "Registered" alongside an error saying it is not
  • • Connecting shows one message about what happened, rather than two that disagreed about whether the sync had finished
  • • A content sync that takes a while now says so, and keeps saying so until it reports
  • • The Connect and Finish setup buttons show that they are working instead of looking unresponsive
